At Misaa, we are committed to delivering high-quality, well-crafted products. Every item is carefully inspected and quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Returns & Exchanges

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

As a small and growing business, Misaa does not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a product or sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing at email.connect@misaa.com.au . We are happy to assist and recommend the most suitable size based on your measurements.

Faulty or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us at email.connect@misaa.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist us in resolving the matter, please include:

  • Your order reference number

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • Photos of the external packaging as received

Please note that all items are inspected, photographed, and documented prior to dispatch.

Misaa reserves the right to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Misaa is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is not collected within 5 working days of being held by the courier, Misaa is not liable for any actions taken by the courier thereafter, and no refunds will be issued.

Important Information

  • All items are inspected and documented prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • Misaa is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • All return inquiries are assessed on a daily basis.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery disputes should be raised directly with the courier, however we will assist where possible.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Misaa reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
